Join holistic singing coach, Heather Maîr Thomas for a friendly, relaxed day of singing, breath work and vocal wellbeing.
Who is it for?
This gentle Sing Therapy™ retreat is open to adults of all stages: nervous beginners, “I can’t sing” people, confident voices and the quietly curious alike.
You do not need musical experience and nobody will be put on the spot.
What will we do?
Through relaxation, calming breath work, easy vocal exercises and playful group singing, we’ll explore the voice in a way that feels supportive, freeing, and enjoyable.
Expect laughter, connection and a refreshing break from the pressures of everyday life.
The workshop runs from 10am–4pm and includes refreshment and lunch.
