Penzance Neighbourhood Plan Referendum

A Referendum relating to the adoption of the Penzance Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan will be held on Thursday 31st July 2025. The question which will be asked in the Referendum is “Do you want Cornwall Council to use the Neighbourhood plan for Penzance Parish to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?”
