This group is open to all abilities and is a chance to get together and draw and paint along with Lizzie in the comfort of your own home.

The sessions will be themed and  using a variety of mediums. We will start with pencil and charcoal drawing looking at the basics of tone, line and drawing from observation. We will set up still life subjects and look at other artists for inspiration such as Matisse, Cezanne and Van Gogh. To begin with all you need is soft drawing pencils, a sketch book or cartridge paper and a soft rubber. As we progress we will work with colour so you are welcome to use whatever you have already or I will send out a list ( to those who sign up) of materials such as acrylic or oil paints for beginners and suggestions of places that you can order materials from.

We will have the opportunity to show your work to the group and I will be able to give feedback during the session. The sessions offer a chance to unlock your creativity and have some fun.
