When

27th October 2020
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

The Solomon Browne Hall and Mousehole School are working together to create a new community garden for the village. Situated on the School field on Mousehole Lane, the garden will be a chance for local people to enjoy the benefits of spending time outdoors and working in nature.

During the next phase of the community garden development, we will need help from local volunteers. Tasks will include woodland management, spreading woodchip on paths, helping to make wooden compost bins, creating seating around the fire pit and raking the ground to remove stones before the polytunnel is put up.

Community garden volunteering sessions will take place on Tuesday afternoons during term time, from 1pm-4pm.

To ensure we comply with covid-19 guidelines, if you would like to come along to help, please let us know in advance by emailing info@solomonbrownehall.co.uk
