Dance Into Fitness is a fun, friendly class for adults that supports health, happiness and well being. The class moves through different easy-to-follow sequences designed to improve suppleness, strength, balance and overall fitness.
You don’t need any previous dance experience to join the class so why not come and give it a whirl?
