A new pilates class, taught by Kate Newby, is starting at the Solomon Browne Hall on Fridays (10-11am) from 24 February. This class is a gentle class, suitable for beginners.
Pilates has many benefits including improved core strength, improved posture, reduced incidence of back pain and reduction of stress levels and tension.
£57 for a clock of 6 classes.
