TALK – Seahorses: a tale of pregnant males and how to save them

Dr Heather Koldewey’s illustrated talk will explore the wonderful world of seahorses.
Dr Koldewey is co-founder of Project Seahorse, a marine conservation group dedicated to securing a world where marine ecosystems are healthy and well managed.
She is also Senior Technical Advisor at the Zoological Society of London (ZSL). In 2018 she was named a National Geographic Fellow. She holds a BSc from the University of Plymouth and a PhD (Genetics) from the University of Wales, Swansea. Heather was previously the Senior Curator for Aquarium Projects at ZSL.
