Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga

Taught by Sandra Cassidy, Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that aligns the breath with flowing movement from one yoga pose to the next.
The classes are Slow Flow which is a gentler pace of yoga and aims to help you build strength, flexibility and mobility.
£8 per class. If you have your own mat, please bring it. However, some mats will be available if you don’t have your own.
Some experience of yoga is required but please contact Sandra if you’d like to find out if the class will be suitable for you.
