Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga – Beginner

Taught by Sandra Cassidy, Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that aligns the breath with flowing movement from one yoga pose to the next. This is a beginner class but if you have more experience you will be able to enjoy the class too.
The classes are Slow Flow which is a gentler pace of yoga and aims to help you build strength, flexibility and mobility.
£8 per class. If you have your own mat, please bring it. However, some mats will be available if you don’t have your own.
