Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga class taught by Sandra Cassidy.
Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that aligns the breath with flowing movement from one yoga pose to the next. The classes are Slow Flow which is a gentler pace of yoga and aims to help you build strength, flexibility and mobility. The class is suitable for all levels.
£8 per class or £40 for a block of six classes if you book in advance.
If you have your own mat, please bring it. However, some mats will be available if you don’t have your own.
